May 15th, Day of the Horse

In an open session held by the San Marcos City Council, Mayor Jim Desmond proclaimed May 15th the City of San Marcos Day of the Horse. The TOVEA Board of Directors were present to mark the occasion, along with "Bunny" the therapy Mini and several members of the community.
