TOVEA Supports Jr. Rangers at Jack's Pond

The Twin Oaks Valley Equestrian Association joined in on a day of fun with the San Marcos Department of Parks and Recreation in support of their annual Jr. Rangers Day, held on July 15, 2017 at Jack's Pond. Community organizations that included Junior Lifeguards, San Marcos Fire Department, the San Diego Humane Society, and Chic-Fil-A assembled to provide San Marcos youth with opportunities to learn about important animal welfare and conservation efforts through a variety of hands on activities. The TOVEA team engaged the group with games to help familiarize them with all the equipment and tack needed to ride and care for horses.
